We at Grill and Company are passionate about what we do. We are a family
owned business nestled in the heart of Humansdorp in the Eastern Cape.
Grill & Company was conceptualized and launched in December 2010. Before the building of 95 On Main, part of the current site housed Brown’s Café, a coffee shop, that had moved from St Francis in 2005.
To suit the look and feel of 95 On Main and to go from being a coffee shop to being a restaurant, the name, décor and menu needed to change.
So, Grill & Company was born as a stylish family friendly restaurant with a modern feel and great food. In March 2014 Grill & Company changed ownership and is now owned by Lex & Janice Gutsche. With that change a brilliant new chef has been added to the Grill Family.
The idea behind 95 On Main was to start something in the town of Humansdorp that would enrich the area and support the community. Through the centre and all the tenants we aim to contribute to our community that we love and show visitors the abundance that our town has to offer.
Our produce is sourced locally and ethically wherever possible, but it’s in the kitchen of Grill & Co. that the heart of our food lies – here passion meets produce and flavours come to life through the skills of our chef.
